Delete your SalunBD account

This works for both apps, SalunBD (customers) and SalunBD Partner (stylists and shop owners).

What is deleted

Your profile (name, phone, photo, date of birth, address, emergency contact), your professional details and photos, payout and tax details, favorites, notifications, loyalty points, referral code and sign-in access. Your upcoming bookings are cancelled. This happens straight away and cannot be undone.

What is kept, without your name

Past booking, payment and review records, which shops keep for their records and we keep for accounting and legal duties, and messages you sent, which the other person still sees. Any wallet credit is lost; it has no cash value and cannot be paid out.

Shop owners

An owner's account is closed together with the shop, its team and its records. Submitting this form sends that request to our support team, who complete it within 7 days.
